Pass $1M in Zilarent bookings over the past 12 months and the $299 monthly fee is waived. Your booking fee drops from 6% to 5% at the same mark. Only bookings taken through Zilarent count toward it. Turo bookings do not.

Is the $299 monthly fee ever waived?
Yes. Once your Zilarent bookings pass $1M over the past 12 months, the $299 monthly fee is waived and your booking fee drops from 6% to 5%. Turo bookings do not count toward the $1M.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee, quoted on your demo call. After that, you pay $299 a month plus the 6% booking fee, which you can pass on to renters. There is no free trial or self-serve signup.
Can I pass the 6% booking fee on to renters?
Yes, and it is optional. You show a booking fee at checkout, the way Turo, Avis and Budget do, and set the percentage. Zilarent's 6% applies to the full amount the renter pays, your fee included, so a renter fee of 6.4% or more covers it.
Does the 6% apply to phone bookings?
Yes. The booking fee applies to every booking in the system, including phone bookings you enter by hand from the dashboard. It is charged on everything the renter pays: rate, extras, delivery and any renter fee.
Is insurance included in the price?
No. Zilarent is not an insurer. We guide operators on commercial coverage and make free introductions to providers who specialize in car rental. You arrange and pay for that coverage separately.
